The Honourable Cliff Cullen, Minister of Finance, delivered a speech on March 7th, 2023 outlining Manitoba’s 2023 budget. The speech addressed Manitobans concerns of rising costs due to inflation and the cost-shock of the federally imposed Liberal-NDP carbon tax.
The target deficit in this budget is $363 million.
