The Canadian Franchise Industry Economic Outlook provides a comprehensive analysis of the franchise sector’s economic impact and future growth. Produced in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Economic Analysis, the annual report highlights employment trends, economic contributions, and the outlook for franchise businesses across Canada.

The report helps policymakers, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs better understand the important role franchising plays in Canada’s economy and the opportunities ahead for franchise growth and investment.

Submissions

The CFA participates in government consultations at the federal, provincial, and territorial levels by submitting formal policy proposals on legislation and regulatory initiatives.

These submissions address key issues affecting franchise small businesses, such as labour market access, employment standards, environmental regulations, tax policies, and competitiveness.
