Meet Mary MacDonald, CFE!
Mary MacDonald, CFE is a seasoned education professional with over two decades of experience designing impactful programs and supporting professional growth. As Head of Education at the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), Mary leads the development and delivery of learning initiatives that support member engagement and drive industry advancement.
She holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation and is committed to fostering excellence in franchise education across Canada.
Previously, Mary served as Director of Learning and Development at the Creative Language-Based Learning Foundation, where she oversaw literacy and numeracy programs that reached thousands of students across Jamaica over a five year period. She also managed international partnerships at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, delivering sustainable intervention models tailored to diverse education systems. Earlier in her career, Mary honed her operational expertise as Operations Manager at Unlimited Media Group.
She holds credentials in Adult Learning and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), along with an academic foundation from McGill University.
Throughout her career, Mary has remained focused on community impact and empowering individuals through inclusive, strategic learning design.
