Victor Beausoleil is a Canadian leader in youth justice, equity, and community development. At 24, he cofounded Redemption Reintegration Services, one of Canada’s largest youthled justice agencies. In 2013, he was appointed to the Premier’s Council on Youth Opportunities by Kathleen Wynne. Over nearly two decades, he has worked extensively with equityseeking communities, lectured internationally, and served on numerous boards and advisory committees, including CCEDnet, the Toronto Community Benefits Network, and the Fair Finance Fund.
