Mackenzie Allsop is a seasoned franchise development pro with experience leading high-performing recruitment teams on both the franchisor side and as a supplier. As Account Director with Cadence Franchising, Mackenzie has supported the network growth of dozens of franchise systems, including emerging and mature brands across a wide variety of industries. Using data and analytics to dive deep into the stories behind the numbers, Mackenzie is known for optimizing franchise sales processes and finding opportunities to maximize franchise development budgets.

Nimra Moin is an Account Manager at Cadence Franchising, where she helps franchisors expand their brands across Canada and internationally through expert lead nurturing. She focuses on client success and campaign strategy, using data-driven insights combined with creative storytelling to refine outreach, increase engagement, and support franchisors in converting more leads into successful franchisees.

Christine Hofmann is passionate about franchising and brings over a decade of experience in the franchise industry. She began her franchise career as a franchise broker, helping individuals find the right franchise business, and later joined McDonald’s where she recruited many new franchisees. In her career, Christine has helped hundreds of people become franchisees across Canada, the US and Latin America. In recognition of her impact, she received one of McDonald’s prestigious Leadership Awards in 2023. Currently, Christine is the Director of National Franchise Sales for A&W, Canada’s number one burger franchise, where she continues to champion growth and excellence in the sector.

Meaghan Palo has over 12 years of Franchising experience, and has held a few roles, from franchise development coordinator, franchising manager, and currently as Director of Franchising at Pizza Pizza Limited. She’s played a key role in the departments adoption of technology to streamline processes and handle the large volume of transactions they manage every year with over 800 locations. The most rewarding part of her job is finding franchisees who love the brand, and watching them flourish personally and financially in the system.
