The Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) is seeking member volunteers from franchise systems and franchise support services/suppliers from across Canada to serve on the following CFA Committee to launch this fall!
EQUITY, DIVERSITY, & INCLUSION (EDI) COMMITTEE
In the spirit of CFA’s core values of collaboration, diversity, and Growing Together ®, the Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) Committee provides leadership, guidance, and support in creating and promoting resources to drive and elevate education and adoption of EDI best practices in Canadian franchising.
We invite member volunteers from across Canada to join the newly formed Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI) Committee to drive education and adoption of EDI best practices in Canadian franchising.
As a committee member, you will play a vital role in creating and promoting resources, developing general EDI practices, and providing guidance to address gaps in the franchising community.
We particularly encourage representatives from underrepresented groups to join us in fostering a more inclusive franchising landscape.
Together, let’s shape the future of Canadian franchising by creating an environment that embraces collaboration, diversity, and Growing Together ®.
