The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted almost every aspect of our lives. It has affected how we communicate, how we work, how we spend our spare time, and how we purchase the goods and services we need. During this period of turmoil, companies have had to demonstrate extreme flexibility to adapt to constantly changing conditions.

During this informative session we will discuss how the pandemic impacted consumer behaviors and what changes are likely to continue post-COVID. We will explore changes in what people buy, where they buy and how they buy. We will also examine how social media, search and mobile usage has changed and how that impacts businesses’ customer acquisition strategies.

How to create a winning post-pandemic growth plan

During this thought-provoking session, we will build on the findings from our first session to discuss opportunities franchise systems should consider as they plan their emergence from the COVID-19 pandemic. We will review specific ecommerce, digital marketing, data, website, and mobile strategies franchise leaders can employ to create a wining post-pandemic growth plan.
