  • Key considerations when developing a franchise model
  • Fundamentals of site selection and territorial rights
  • How franchise fees are structured and applied
  • Best practices for supporting franchisees
  • Maintaining brand standards across a network
  • Approaches for expanding a franchise system into the United States

This workshop is eligible for 300 Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) credits.
