You understand why franchisees need to own their turf — now let’s talk about how to make it happen. In this session, we move from the why to the how, diving into the practical tools and systems that enable franchisors to maintain brand control while giving franchisees the flexibility they need to execute locally. Through the lens of the Do It Yourself, Do It With Me, and Do It For Me personas, we’ll walk through how features like locked templates, brand kits, campaign approvals, and central send work together to create a marketing system that scales — without adding headcount or creating bottlenecks.
