David was raised in rural Saskatchewan, attended the University of Saskatchewan for his undergraduate and law degrees and has operated a number of successful commercial ventures in Saskatchewan. David is an avid rower and road biker and spends his spare time in the summer either training in a rowing shell on the South Saskatchewan River or on his bike on one of Saskatchewan’s many scenic highways.
