CFA Franchisee of the Year Awards – Celebrating Franchisee Excellence
The CFA Franchisee of the Year Awards honour exceptional franchisees who exemplify excellence, leadership, and star performance within their franchise system.
Two awards will be presented:
🏆 Traditional Category – for franchisees operating in a standard retail or service location
🏆Non-Traditional Category – for franchisees operating in non-conventional settings (e.g., kiosks, mobile units, institutional sites)
Franchisors are invited to nominate one franchisee per brand who has been part of their system for at least two years. Joint owners may be recognized as a team under this program.

📌 Participation is free and open exclusively to CFA members in good standing at the time of both nomination and award presentation.

Awards Presentation
Recipients will be honored at the Gala Awards Dinner during the 2026 CFA National Convention, taking place on Monday, April 20, 2026, at The Westin Ottawa. The top three winners in each category—Traditional and Non-Traditional—will be celebrated during this special evening.
