Home Instead Senior Care Recognized for Excellence in Senior Care, Franchisee Satisfaction

Home Instead receives J.D. Power President’s Award and ranks among top franchise opportunities by Franchise Business Review

OMAHA, Neb.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Home Instead Inc., recently received two notable accolades, reinforcing the franchise network’s commitment to serving seniors, their families and caregivers. The organization was recognized by both J.D. Power for our commitment to caring for older adults and exceeding customer expectations and Franchise Business Review as a top franchise business.

“Our priority is to empower our franchise network to provide older adults with personalized, high-quality care,” said Jeff Huber, president and chief executive officer of Home Instead, Inc. “It is because our franchise owners and their teams put their hearts into the business and work tirelessly to serve seniors that we are successful. These awards are truly a reflection of that dedication to service throughout our network.”

J.D. Power, a global leader in consumer insights, advisory services and data and analytics, presented the President’s Award to Huber at their corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, Ca. The President’s Award recognizes individuals or companies demonstrating dedication, commitment and sustained improvement in serving customers. During the 50-year history of J.D. Power, only 13 companies have received the award.

Additionally, Franchise Business Review named Home Instead the top franchise in the senior care category in its 13th annual list of top franchise opportunities, based on franchisee satisfaction and performance. Home Instead also ranked seventh in the enterprise 300+ category and ninth in the best of the best category.

“As an independent research firm, we rate the franchise companies in the marketplace today and identify those that have the highest levels of satisfaction and performance among their franchisees in order to help entrepreneurs when choosing which franchise to invest in,” said Eric Stites, CEO of Franchise Business Review. “The companies on this year’s list are the top performing brands in the areas critical to their franchisees’ success.”

Home Instead Senior Care, founded in 1994, was one of the first franchise business models focused on in-home care for aging adults. The company’s innovation in empowering older adults to age in the comfort of their homes has created a burgeoning industry – one in which Home Instead remains committed to being a leader.

“These recent awards are testament to the commitment of Home Instead Senior Care to create a future where all people can age the way they want to,” said Huber. “We look forward to continuing this mission through excellence and innovation in quality care for seniors for years to come.”
