Mary Brown’s Chicken & Taters offers a Made Fresh from Scratch menu. The chicken comes in whole and fresh to each store where it is hand cut, marinated, hand breaded and prepared to order. Mary Brown’s Taters are made from farm fresh Canadian potatoes – hand cut, seasoned and cooked in small batches in each store.
