Mackenzie Allsop is a seasoned franchise development pro with experience leading high-performing recruitment teams on both the franchisor side and as a supplier. As Account Director with Cadence Franchising, Mackenzie has supported the network growth of dozens of franchise systems, including emerging and mature brands across a wide variety of industries. Using data and analytics to dive deep into the stories behind the numbers, Mackenzie is known for optimizing franchise sales processes and finding opportunities to maximize franchise development budgets.
Timi Ariwoola is an Account Manager at Cadence Franchising, where he supports franchisors in expanding their franchise networks across Canada and internationally. He specializes in lead nurturing and engagement, helping brands connect meaningfully with prospective franchisees. With a strong understanding of what leads look for in a brand and franchise opportunity, Timi leverages data and analytics to uncover insights and craft compelling narratives that drive recruitment success.
Samantha Clermont has served as the Head of Franchise Recruitment for Laser Clinics Canada since April 2024. She has overseen the brand’s growth strategy, legal overview, and construction project management. Prior to that, Ms. Clermont began her career in the retail sector before moving to the restaurant industry with Freshii Canada in 2019. Samantha served as the Franchise Development Manager for Freshii since 2021, and later became the Director of Franchising, leading the franchising recruitment process for Freshii North America and Pita Pit Canada.
Allison Seguin (she/her) is the Director of Franchise Recruitment at Cora Breakfast and Lunch, one of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brands. With a background in franchise development, operations, and restaurant management, she brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to business growth. Prior to her experience with Cora, Allison has worked across a diverse portfolio of brands. She is known for championing inclusive, people-first practices and is passionate about creating opportunities for a new generation of owner-operators to thrive.
