Our partner communities are excluded from the labour market due to a lack of formal job experience, a lack of desktop internet access and/or discrimination faced when applying in-person. OCM’s model breaks down barriers to employment by turning a job posting into a question and answer assessment, nurturing job seekers to identify and transpose their lived experience into skills and qualifications for work, and connecting job seekers with employers who value their Indigenous heritage.
