In recent weeks, many elected officials, including Pierre Poilievre, have called for the abolition of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. In defence of its members, the Canadian Franchise Association recently responded to the Leader of the Opposition, highlighting the need for this program in ensuring that franchised small businesses have access to the labour they need to operate their businesses.
