Ontario Blue Box Changes – What Every Franchisor Needs to Know

Learn about the significant changes happening in the world of Blue Box recycling that will impact franchisors. Under Ontario’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regime, producers, including franchisors, are now responsible for establishing a collection and management system to manage Blue Box materials, and for fully funding that system. If your business uses Blue Box materials such as packaging materials made out of glass, plastic, metal, or paper in Ontario, then you need to hear about these significant changes.
In this panel discussion, we will discuss the changes to Ontario’s Blue Box program and Extended Producer Responsibility more broadly.
