CFA’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IS ON APRIL 11, 2022!
As a not-for-profit corporation, the CFA is required by law to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members. This year, the AGM is held in person on April 11, 2022. The purpose of the 2022 AGM is:
- To approve the minutes of the last AGM held April 22, 2021;
- For the Association Chair to present a report on behalf of the Board of Directors;
- To approve the audited financial statement of the Association for its fiscal year ending October 31, 2021;
- To re-appoint Clarkson Rouble LLP as auditors of the Association for its current fiscal year and to authorize the Board to fix their renumeration; and
- To elect, re-elect, and appoint individuals as Directors of the Association.
