The revitalized location transforms Famoso that locals have loved since 2015 into a vibrant, reimagined dual concept restaurant, while marking it as Fatburger’s third Saskatoon location and 70th establishment in Canada, bringing together two beloved brands into one convenient spot.

Famoso continues its unwavering commitment to Italian tradition, starting with premium ingredients like “00” flour, Campania tomatoes and fior-di-latte cheese, and using traditional pizza making techniques that have gone unchanged for generations. Beyond pizza, guests can indulge in other favourites like homestyle pastas, Italian sandwiches, tapas, signature salads, and irresistible desserts like traditional house-made Tiramisu, and cheesecake.
Meanwhile, burger enthusiasts can sink their teeth into Fatburger’s legendary offerings—featuring fresh, never-frozen Alberta beef that are hand-pressed and grilled to perfection. The menu extends beyond their famous Original Fatburger to include specialty burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, World Famous Buffalo’s wings, hand-battered chicken tenders, and their Best Anywhere Milkshakes, accompanied by fresh-cut fries and made-to-order onion rings.
New owners and operators, Ketan and Chiatali Patel and Het Patel are excited to open this streamlined service format where guests order directly from the counter and have their food delivered to their tables. “We want to create a stylish yet casual space where families and friends can gather to enjoy their favourite Italian flavour or freshly grilled burgers,” says Ketan Patel.
