Owner Richard Fulham says he had been looking for a new broker for some time and knew that he’d be a good fit for the CENTURY 21 brand.
“When we originally met, it was simply about being a broker. But, the talks quickly evolved and we are happy to absorb the agents from Cornerstone Properties in our system,” says Fulham.
Richard Dettman is well known in the Winnipeg real estate industry. He is the past president of the Real Estate Association in Winnipeg. “I have been approached several times in the past four years to sell or merge my brokerage, but it never felt quite right until we began talks with CENTURY 21. The corporate cultures were similar and I like the global reach of the brand. CENTURY 21has excellent training and web support, which I know the sales representatives will appreciate.”
