CENTURY 21 Teams & Associates Ltd. opens new franchise in Windsor, ON
Windsor, ON (August 7, 2018) – CENTURY 21 Teams & Associates Ltd. is now open in the Windsor, Essex County area. Owner, Tim Campbell, left RE/MAX after 25 years to join CENTURY 21. He wanted to be with an international brand and make his mark in the industry he loves as one of the leaders in the new way of doing real estate.
“As a Top Producer throughout my career, I understand what is needed to enable clients and agents alike to succeed,” Campbell says. “Both consumers and agents are changing– more service, better marketing, a bigger online presence and attractive/productive work spaces are required for success. Between my goals and what CENTURY 21 offers, I’m excited to think outside the box and start working away from the old model to benefit clients!”
Campbell got his real estate license 1977 and has been working in the industry since then. Tim made his mark at RE/MAX as a Top Producer year after year. He was also ranked number 18 in Canada for REP Magazine’s Top Producer’s issue in 2017.
Tim’s business works with customers in residential, commercial and new home sales. His current team was assembled 5 years ago and is expected to continue to grow in the Windsor/Essex market. He’s also interested in his brokerage specializing in teams and with teams having similar philosophies who he can mentor and help them grow their businesses. His goal is to provide affordable access to the back-end support CENTURY 21 offers its sales representatives while retaining more of their commissions.
Tim adds he wants to develop a program that benefits small teams and allows them to retain more of their earnings. “CENTURY 21 has the large support network of international marketing and technology that reflects my philosophies, as well as the ability to relocate clients worldwide, which is a large part of my business. Those assets, combined with the forward thinking of C21 will allow an experienced Broker to take their corporation to the next level,” he says.
