BACKGROUND
DoughBox Wood-Fired Pizza & Pasta Brantford opened its doors in July 2024. Inspired by the rustic charm of Italian pizzerias and the warmth of family gatherings, Tony Visca and Fern Colavecchia began their DOUGHBOX journey with a simple idea: to get back to basics and bring the art of woodfired pizza and pasta to their communities. With a passion for stretching the perfect dough, homemade sauces, premium ingredients and a dedication to bringing a restaurant experience to the quick service environment, they created DOUGHBOX.  With a warm and welcoming atmosphere and an open concept kitchen, guests are taken on a culinary journey where they experience the rich heritage of Italian pizza and pasta.  The menu goes beyond pizza and pasta and includes wings, fresh salad bowls and desserts. Catering is also available. This is the brand’s 14th location. More information at doughbox.ca.
