Doughbox, the wood-fired pizza and pasta specialists, opens today its doors in Brantford, Ontario, with a new restaurant located at Fairview Crossing Plaza, 410 Fairview Dr. at the corner of West Street and Fairview Drive. The location features an open concept kitchen, dine-in seating for 30-40 people and the chain’s popular menu that includes homemade, homemade hand-tossed pastas, wood-fired pizzas, wings, fresh salads and its fan-favourite Doughbites desserts.
“This is another great and memorable day for us,” says Tony Visca, CEO and co-founder of Doughbox. “Every opening is like a dream come true. Our vision of offering carefully prepared, wood-fired pizzas, pastas and more to a busy but discerning clientele is proving to be successful and attracting amazing partners like Roger and Crystal Auger.”
Originally from Hamilton, the Auger family has built up a burgeoning business in property management, real estate, and business investments. Together with their children, they have devoted time, talents and treasure to help and protect animals.
“We’ve gotten to know the Doughbox team, culture, and menu over the past year, and we’ve loved what we’ve discovered,” says Roger. “We are excited and feeling privileged to be able to share this amazing product and service culture with the local community.”
The growing restaurant chain now includes 14 locations and is scheduled to open three more by the end of the year.
