According to the Canadian Federal Government 2022 statistics, there are 1.19 million small businesses and of these, the Canadian Franchise Association reports an estimated 657,000 are franchise small businesses.

Meet Dejan & Olga Radulovic – JDI Cleaning in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, Ontario
Meet Dejan & Olga Radulovic, JDI Cleaning Services’ Regional Franchisees in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. JDI Cleaning Services has been a big part of Dejan’s life for quite some time. Having several family members, including his uncle and parents, with Local JDI Franchises, it was only a matter of time before Dejan invested in a franchise too.
Once Dejan and Olga married, Olga too began to learn more about JDI and the Franchise Opportunities available to them, and in 2011 they decided to purchase a Local Franchise of their own.
Aside from having family in the business, Dejan and Olga wanted to partner with JDI Cleaning Services for a multitude of reasons:

- A tried-and-true business model with a well-established brand in the commercial cleaning industry

After four years of owning their Local Franchise with JDI, an opportunity presented itself for Olga and Dejan to purchase the Regional Franchise in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. They seized the opportunity and got straight to work growing and evolving the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.
When they first purchased the region, there were 29 Local Franchisees. Today, 9 years later, the JDI Kitchener-Waterloo region stands tall as the largest region with 65 dedicated Local Franchisees providing best-in-class cleaning services to businesses throughout their community.
