Kevito Group announces appointment of two new chief executives

Markham, Ontario-based Kevito Group, which operates a growing portfolio of successful brands including Bake Code, Atealier, Botrista, and global bubble tea brand Chatime, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Czetyrbok as chief operations officer (COO) and Kaan Sayiner as chief commercial officer (CCO).

As COO, Stephen is a key member of the senior executive team. He will lead and scale the company’s business operations through oversight of it’s go-to market teams including retail operations, marketing, and franchise development across Kevito Group’s stable of brands, in addition to helping the company bring new concepts to market.

Kaan, as CCO, is charged with driving commercial and brand growth across Kevito Group’s portfolio of brands and will be accountable for insights and analytics, product and brand marketing, innovation, and guest experience. As a member of the senior executive team, he will also lead go-to-market organizational integration to maximize the company’s growth potential.

With nearly three decades of marketing and operations experience including 25 years of senior and executive leadership roles across diverse industries, Kaan has a successful track record accelerating growth. His expertise and accomplishments aligning operations and marketing with strategic objectives have been recognized with numerous awards including Marketer of the Year and Canada’s Top 10 Marketers, and a Forty under 40 award for excellence in business, judgment, leadership and contribution to Canadian Business.

Stephen also brings three decades of experience, and a deep knowledge of the food services sector. Most notably senior management roles at Prime Restaurants and MTY Food Group, VP Development with Cypress Five Star which brought global food brand Five Guys to Canada, and more recent leadership roles as CEO of Maker’s Pizza and COO CraveIt Restaurant Group. His expertise and leadership have contributed to the rapid growth and subsequent profitable sale of several of the brands he helped to develop and go-to-market.
