KMB Law has been a cornerstone of Canadian legal practice since its establishment in 1979. KMB Law delivers a comprehensive suite of legal services in the franchise law space, underscoring its commitment to excellence and client service.

The merger will significantly augment KMB Law’s capabilities and will position the firm as one of the largest franchise law practices in Canada. Post-merger, the firm will boast a robust team of over 45 lawyers, eight of which are franchise lawyers representing over 125 franchisors, and several hundred more franchisees.
