Ottawa, Ontario (April 19, 2018) – Real Property Management (RPM) welcomes Fady Gayed to its network of franchisees as they open Real Property Management Specialists. Gayed will service Ottawa and the surrounding areas including Kanata, Nepean, and Cumberland.
Gayed’s interest in property management began when he started managing his first investment property in 2009. As Gayed continued to build his portfolio, he realized he needed the support of a dominant brand, which is what led him to Real Property Management.
“Property management requires a high degree of responsibility and problem solving, which is what I enjoy” says Gayed. “My tenants can tell that I really care, and joining RPM will allow me to deliver an even higher level of service.”
Originally a project manager and professional engineer, Gayed has experience managing multiple large scale, high dollar projects from start to finish. He’ll use these transferable skills to manage multiple properties, clients, tenants, and contractors all at the same time with a great attention to detail.

Gayed recently moved to Ottawa with his wife, who is a Canadian military veteran. He appreciates the sense of family within the community and the opportunity to explore the outdoors. Gayed looks forward to networking with realtors, investors, and contractors to build partnerships in his new community. He also hopes to help fellow military families who need their properties maintained while being posted.
