Franchise Canada TV was in attendance at Smoke’s Poutinerie’s 12th World Poutine Eating Championship. The 12-hour event also included a CEO challenge, in which the top brass from some of Canada’s largest franchise brands, along with support and suppliers, cram as much poutine as they can in just two minutes. We caught up with Mark Cunningham, CEO, Smoke’s Poutinerie, to hear about what it means for the brand to have the support of the franchise community, raising $100,000 for We Care, and so much more.
