Tranquil Care has operated for 10 years in the greater Toronto, Ontario market with continuous year-over-year growth. As it reflected on its future, it decided that franchising would be the best option.
“We explored how we could continue to grow beyond Toronto while still providing the quality care and service to those in need of support. We concluded that franchising was our best option,” said Manoj Kaliyambath, President of Tranquil Care. A franchise consulting organization, Franchise Specialists, was hired and for six months a comprehensive program was put together, with manuals, programs, systems, and tools.
“I was impressed with Tranquil Care’s commitment to continuous improvement,” comments Wayne Maillet, President of Franchise Specialists. “They embrace technology and have a unique software program that is specifically designed for their business model. They truly empower their Caregivers, encouraging a culture of communication and caring.” The company is unique in that it provides both care facility staffing as well as community personal care to individuals.
The launch of the franchise program is already underway. They will focus initially on growth in Ontario and Alberta.
“We are looking forward to the growth we can accomplish over the next 10 years!” comments Sunil Bhaskar, Director of Tranquil Care.
