PropertyGuys.com’s newest franchisee, Connor Giblett, is ready to disrupt the real estate landscape in his hometown
Connor Giblett is one of the youngest franchisees in the entire PropertyGuys.com system. Through a keen eye for a great opportunity and a longing sense to start his own business, and solid mentorship support from his family, Connor was able to put together a business plan and secure funding with the support of Futurpreneur (an organization dedicated to supporting young entrepreneurs) and start his journey as a PropertyGuys.com franchisee.
“What attracted me to PropertyGuys.com was really the great opportunity within my market,” explained Giblett. “Barrie is a market that is ripe for change (in real estate) but really has no other choices when it comes to buying and selling,” said Giblett. “I’m really excited to get to work and hit the ground running to help local homeowners sell their properties and save a ton of money in the process,” he added.
