SMART Bowls are available exclusively to Quesada loyalty members through the app
Quesada has launched five SMART Bowls that make it easy for health-conscious customers to pick the right meal for their dietary and nutritional goals. Designed around specific macronutrient and lifestyle, SMART Bowls give customers a straightforward way to choose meals that match how they eat, whether they focus on high protein, plant-based, keto, or balanced nutrition, without sacrificing flavour. Available through Quesada’s loyalty program, the new items include Keto Salad Bowl, High Protein Bowl, Balanced Macros Bowl, Wholesome Bowl and Veggie Full Bowl.
“Whether you’re fueling up for a workout or looking for a lighter office lunch, Quesada has nutritionally balanced options that never compromise on taste,” says Shabbir Chowdhury, Senior Creative Director at Quesada. “SMART Bowls are built with fresh ingredients and bold flavours so that eating well still feels satisfying.”
Quesada’s culinary team worked with nutrition experts to create the new bowls. Chef Jason Baker, a health and fitness advocate himself, made sure each bowl delivers bold flavours and meets key nutrition goals, like low carbs for the Keto Salad Bowl and high protein for the High Protein Bowl.
The High Protein Bowl has 73 grams of protein to help build muscle and support recovery. It features both flame-grilled and spicy chicken, black beans, brown rice, jalapeños, and chipotle mayo. The Veggie Full Bowl is 100 per cent plant-based, with roasted vegetables, black beans, cilantro, and smoky vegan paprika mayo. It’s a great choice for vegan and vegetarian diets. The Balanced Macros Bowl combines brown rice and fresh lettuce, topped with flame-grilled chicken, roasted veggies, and creamy guacamole. It’s a balanced meal for busy days. The Wholesome Bowl is a low-calorie choice with crisp greens, flame-grilled chicken (halal) and roasted corn. The Keto Salad Bowl is a keto-friendly option with flame-grilled halal chicken, pickled onions, cheddar jack cheese, signature salsas, and sour cream.
