Fatburger Canada Opens Its Flagship Location in The Iconic Intersection Of Granville St And W Georgia St

Fatburger Canada is opening its new flagship restaurant this March in downtown Vancouver. Situated in the historic Vancouver Block building on 736 Granville St, this location represents a milestone of continued growth and opportunity for this well-known premium burger brand in Canada.

“We are tremendously excited to open this location. A lot of hard work has been put into getting this location open so that we can bring not only our delicious burgers and sandwiches to this community, but also offer added value of convenience, speed and value to our customers in the area,” said Frank Di Benedetto, owner of Fatburger Canada and CEO of FDF Brandz, Operator of The Ricky’s Group, Famoso Italian Pizzeria and Humpty’s Diner Restaurants.

With a seating capacity of about 60, Fatburger Granville operates in an approximately 2,200 sq[1]feet space with 18-feet high ceiling, featuring stylish décor that pays homage to the heritage of the area with neon signs, historic street photos and colours that speak of the West Coast vibe. There are also new additions of self-order cashless kiosks, and state of the art grilling stations to cook big, juicy, charred-finished burgers that stays true to “the original Fatburger Hamburger Stand”.

Fatburger Granville Street will be open from 10am to 9pm from Sunday to Thursday, and 9am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday, offering its award winning big juicy burgers like the beloved Original Fatburger and Kingburger, chicken sandwiches, World Famous wings & tenders, and Best Anywhere milkshakes. The restaurant will also offer plant-based and veggie options to the downtown crowd, including the Ultimate Veggie Burger, lettuce wrapped burgers, the Impossible Burgers, and exciting new items like Buffalo Cauliflower and shareable deep-fried pickles.

“We want to focus on making fresh and delicious food of higher quality that our customers love. We use AAA Alberta beef and premium Canadian chicken, and we don’t pre-cook our food or store them in steamers or holding cabinets like a lot of other burger brands. Our tenders are hand breaded-from-scratch, and our milkshakes are made with hand-scooped real ice cream topped with real whipped cream. In everything we do, we do it to demonstrate our long-standing tag line of Higher Quality, More Variety and Better Value”, Di Benedetto added.
