On September 6, 2023, Farhad (Fred) Habib, Pizza Nova franchisee, presented a cheque for $1,000 as well as a case of Primucci Tomato Sauce to Carol Ann Trabert, president of King Township Food Bank. The funds will be used for eggs and fresh produce throughout September as the food bank gears up for Thanksgiving.
Pizza Nova customers helped raise $1,000 for the King Township Food Bank during the grand opening on August 19 of its newest location in Nobleton, Ontario. Customers were given a special offer of a medium pizza for $5.99, with $1 per pizza going to the King Township Food Bank.
