What inspired you to join the CFE program?
I chose the Certified Franchise Executive program to expand my knowledge in franchising, gain a respected certification, build a strong network, and lead with my company, PropertyGuys.com, with proven practices. It’s an opportunity to enhance my expertise and contribute to the success of the franchise industry.
What does having your CFE Designation mean to you?
The CFE program is important to me as it shows my commitment to professional growth in franchising. It’s about continuous learning, staying current, and improving skills. It’s more than a certification; it represents my passion, expertise, and dedication. I’m confident that the program opens doors for my company, increase my industry involvement, and valuable connections along the way.
What has been the most challenging part of obtaining your designation?
Balancing the CFE program with work, family, and personal commitments was challenging. It required time, energy, effective time management, discipline, and sacrifice. Despite the challenges, the journey was rewarding and worthwhile.
