Paul daSilva is the National Vice President for Franchise and Retail Brands at RBC Royal Bank. Paul’s team is responsible for the Bank’s portfolio of multi-unit franchisees/retailers in the Canadian marketplace. Paul is a career banker with 34 years in Banking, 25 of those helping franchisees grow their portfolio and set them up for success to live their dream as an entrepreneur. Paul has a long history of service to his local community and charitable organizations including many Franchise Community sponsored charities.

Fiona Styant joined MOLLY MAID in 2002 as a Franchise Coach and eventually moved into the Franchise Development role. Fiona also oversees their Corporate Franchise located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Throughout her years of working with Franchise Partners, she has learned what it takes to be a successful MOLLY MAID Franchisee. Fiona loves working with people interested in owning/operating a Franchise through their investigation process, to find out if MOLLY MAID is the right fit for them and them for MOLLY MAID!

Travis Tinning has spent the last 12 years as a successful multi-million dollar franchisee in home healthcare. Having worn many hats in this industry, from working with franchisors, chairing Franchise Advisory Councils and operating my own franchise, I provide a unique perspective on what it takes to be successful both as a franchisee and franchisor. Along with my partner (and past Chair of the CFA) John Dehart, we are driven to help small and emerging franchise systems scale and thrive in Canada.

Cailin White’s career began in Operations and Training in the QSR sector and from there, into Franchise Development. Today, in her role with Boston Pizza International, Cailin has the privilege of helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals and is proud to be a part of Canada’s #1 casual dining brand.
