Job Description:
 
The Franchise Coordinator ensures the smooth operations of the franchise business by handling day-to-day communications and relationship management for the franchisor.  They provide support for both new and existing franchisees including sales and marketing, regulatory compliance, documentation and overall service. Their expertise in ensuring an exceptional customer relationship is essential for the growth and success of the franchise.  This is an in-person opportunity with regular weekly travel to individual franchise locations within GTA area.

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. 

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Regular contact with all locations/Franchisees 
  • Staying aware of the individual needs of each location
  • Monitoring compliance with operational education standards and marketing standards
  • Regular reporting to Home Office on the status of locations 
  • Regular travel to individual franchise locations within GTA area 
  • Flexibility on the work hours including weekends and evenings when needed.
  • Participate in annual conventions, seminars, or business meetings, and attend franchise grand openings, as directed. 
  • Send weekly notes about regular cycles, as well as e- mails reminding franchisees about upcoming events, deadlines, and other important news.
  • Work with Franchise to provide the Financial information according to franchise agreement 
  • Collect and assist with review of required documents, as specified in the Franchise Agreement and/or the Operations Manual 
  • Plan and execute quarterly training and meetings, including assisting with the annual conference 
  • Maintain organized files on each franchise. 
  • Confirm review and follow up fulfillments needs.
