The CFA requires that each exhibitor provide proof of adequate liability and property insurance. Coverage must include your booth, materials, and goods being shipped to and from the facility as well as on-site during the show. It is suggested that liability coverage of $1,000,000.00 including bodily injury and property damage (for those exhibitors who are food sampling) be acquired. Each kiosk comes complete with your company logo prominently displayed across the top and two stools. These kiosks are designed to provide you with an excellent platform to showcase your products and services to the attendees. If you wish to add further branding or graphics to your kiosk, you have the option to purchase additional graphics along the bottom from Dee Expo before March 10, 2023, for an additional fee. Please be aware that hotel furniture cannot be moved to your kiosk. Please click here for the form LOADING DOCK Access to the hotel's unloading dock is located in the alley of the Fortifications, between the St-Antoine and the St-Jacques streets, accessible from the St-Pierre street. See Appendix II for a map of the unloading dock location. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp or elevated dock at the landing. It is imperative that the delivery truck has its own ramp or tailgate to unload the goods. Parking is prohibited at the loading dock. PARKING Access to the Westin Montreal parking lot is by valet only, directly from the hotel's main entrance (current rate). Several other options are available nearby, including the Quartier International de Montréal indoor parking lot (249 St-Antoine Street West), which is located directly across the street from the Westin Montreal (25$ per 24 hours).Delegate List Form DEADLINE: March 10th, 2024 The list is generated by Convention Attendees who “opt in” by name, city and email. This information is gathered onsite and complied post Show and will be sent to Exhibitors within two (2) weeks. The Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) is the only organization that can provide you with a legitimate, permission-based Attendee Lead List from any Canadian Franchise Association Event and there is no additional cost for this. CFA is not affiliated with and has not authorized any other organization for the distribution and/or sale of any attendee contact lists. If you have received communication from anyone trying to sell you an Attendee Lead List for one of our shows, please forward it to Soma Su at ssu@cfa.ca _________________________________________________________ (the “User Company/Organization:”) agrees that the names and email addresses and phone numbers on the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) contact list of attendees at the CFA National Convention 2023 which will be furnished to the Users, will remain the property of CFA and is to be used by the user on a one time use basis within 6 months of the receipt of the list after which time the agreement becomes null and use of the list is prohibited. Attendees of the CFA National Convention were given the opportunity at the time their information was collected to provide express opt-in consent to receive follow-up contact from National Sponsors and exhibitors. The User understands that CFA does not allow duplicate records (if any) to be emailed or otherwise contacted at a later date. The User agrees that no contacts will be copied, sold, transferred or provided to any other person or company. The User agrees not to disclose the contacts to others except to a telemarketing agent or mailing house approved by the CFA. The User agrees to control the use and distribution of the contact list among its employees in order to prevent any duplication or unauthorized use or disclosure. The User acknowledges that the contact list may be monitored by the CFA to prevent unauthorized use by means of seeding it with decoy names. The User agrees to have the following statement clearly featured on their email or to use the content of this statement in advising telephone contacts how their information was obtained: “You are receiving this communication because you recently attended The CFA National Convention and provided express consent to receive follow-up communication from sponsors and speakers. If you would like to withdraw your consent, please call the Canadian Franchise Association at (416) 695-2896 / 800-6654232 x242 and request that your name be excluded from the list or email events@cfa.ca and enter ‘UNSUBSCRIBE 3rd PARTY MKT’ in the subject line.” If the User or any person or company to whom the User may have given access to the contact list shall disclose, use or copy it contrary to the provisions of this agreement, the User will be held unconditionally liable to the CFA for any damage suffered by the CFA and all costs and expenses incidental to any related litigation. The User recognizes that monetary damages for the breach of any part of this Agreement may be difficult to ascertain, and therefore, in the event of any breach or threatened breach, the CFA will be entitled, in addition to any other remedies, to injunctive relief. The User understands and agrees to accept the contact list without guarantee or warrantee of deliverability or response.
