Peter H. Thomas Receives Lifetime Achievement Award From The Canadian Franchise Association

Toronto, ON, April 4, 2023 – Peter H. Thomas, Canadian entrepreneur, investor, franchisor, author and philanthropist, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award from The Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), the voice of the franchise industry. Presented during the CFA’s 2023 National Convention (April 1 – 3, 2023), the award recognizes Peter’s exceptional and significant contribution and commitment to franchising in Canada and abroad, demonstrating vision, leadership and excellence throughout his career.

As the founding partner and Chairman of Century 21 Real Estate Canada, Peter H. Thomas has been a values-based serial entrepreneur for more than four decades, specializing in real estate and franchising. He is recognized as one of the leading developers and leaders of his time in North America, developing billions of dollars in real estate projects, including shopping centres, apartments, condominiums, hotels and golf courses.

In addition, Peter has authored many books, been featured on the cover of numerous magazines, and been recognized with many awards over the years including the National Caring Award – an honour shared by General Colin Powell and Laura Bush; and the prestigious Ernst & Young Pacific Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
