AC Inc.: Operations Support Specialist

Operations Support Specialist in Victoria or Vancouver, BC who aligns with the

This position will work under minimal supervision on relatively complex

administrative, operational and project management based duties for AC Inc.
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the regular
operations of this fast-growing business.

As such, we require that candidates be efficient multi-taskers with proven time management skills.

Previous knowledge or experience working in an entrepreneurial environment would
be considered an asset.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities

❖ Operational support for sales team (lead tracking, proposals, invoicing)
❖ Management of CRM
❖ G Drive organization
❖ Streamlining efficiencies between software/applications
❖ Creating Standard Operating Procedures
❖ Grant writing

Proficiency with the following systems and tasks is required

❖ Zoho or similar CRM
❖ Asana or similar Project Management Software
❖ Social media posting and scheduling
❖ Google Drive organization
❖ Zoom and Integrations
❖ Booking software and calendar integrations

How We Roll

● Competitive pay, commensurate with skills and experience with room for
growth in the future
● 15 to 25 hours per week
● Need to be able to ask for tasks on a whim – sometimes to be done within 24
hours but also have an on-going task list
● Use Voxer and email for communication, as well as Google Workspace and
Asana for project management
● This role is entirely work from home and requires the successful applicant to
be an independent contractor. Previous experience as an independent
contractor for similar services preferred.
